Guaranteed Rental Process
At Teatree we like to make it as simple and as transparent as possible and have broken down how our Guaranteed Rental Scheme works into 5 simple steps.
1.
We visit your property and make you an offer for your property for 1-5 years depending how long you want to rent it for, this is subject to having all the required compliance documents such as gas, electric, EPC, landlord licenses and any others that are required. If you do not have any of these it is no problem we can help you get these with our in house teams.
2.
We sign an agreement with you for a guaranteed monthly rent and agreed duration (typically 1-5 years), we issue an inventory report on the property including a detailed description and showing
pictures of all the rooms. The rent is then paid on the same day each month for the duration of the tenancy (even if the property is empty you still get the full rent).
3.
You will receive an email each month on the same day with your rental statement and payment confirmation. There are no hidden costs or commissions or management fees. You will get 100% of the rent every month.
4.
We will manage your property throughout the tenancy taking care of all the compliance tests, checks and certificates as they arise and making regular inspections to the property. The tenants are able to contact Teatree any time of the day or night for any and all maintenance issues. We take all the stress and headache away from you having to deal with any maintenance and tenant issues or queries.
5.
At the end of the agreement, we can arrange to hand the property back to you in the same condition as we received it (excluding reasonable wear and tear) or renew the agreement with you. You will never have any missing rent or have to do costly section 21 or section 8 eviction notices. You will have guaranteed rent, hassle-free, passive income with the peace of mind that your property is being managed and inspected by property experts who are always on hand and here to help.

Refer a landlord and get 400 pounds, must be a new landlord and a referral fee will be paid to you. This is on the first property and first tenancy.
