I have been working with Teatree now for 19 months, currently they rent 11 of my properties and I can honestly say it is refreshing to work with a company that understands property from A-Z. Most importantly my rent is always paid on time. I am in the process of moving my other 3 properties to Teatree. Teatree are always contactable when I need them.

I initially gave Teatree 2 properties to rent in December 2022 and now have 6 properties with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any landlord. They did what they said they would do from day 1 and have always been very transparent in all our dealings.

I have a full time job and have 1 buy to let property. Teatree have been managing that since March 2023 - I am getting more rent than I was getting previously and not getting any estate agent deductions each month. It’s great not having to do deal with estate agents. Teatree have arranged the gas checks for me and have dealt with any maintenance issues sine they rented the properties from me. Teatree rented a large 5 bedroom house from me since April 2022 and I can honestly say that since that day I have not had to deal with anything and the guaranteed rent has been paid on time every month as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Teatree to other landlords.

I have lived in a Teatree property for the past 2 years and any time there is a problem in my flat, it gets resolved in a timely manner.
